FS Head Coach/Varsity Assistant



Coach Cookie Feomaia enters her sixth season with the Lancers after leading the Frosh/Soph squad last season to a second consecutive league championship. Cookie is also the JV boys volleyball coach who led the team to another league championship in 2015. Coach Cookie is our most experienced Moore League coach who has been at four different schools with success at each stop. The 2017 team was another league champion added to Coach Cookie's lengthy resume.


    Coach Cookie was the FS Boys Coach at Long Beach Millikan in 2005, most recently at Long Beach Jordan with the JV and FS girl's teams and assisting her sister on the Varsity. Coach Cookie's longest tenure was at Long Beach Wilson where she was a mainstay on the lower level squads and assisting longtime coach Susan Pescar to immeasurable success. During her time with the Bruins, Coach Cookie, garnered six different league championships on the boy's and girl's program and assisting with the Varsity for another five league championships with both programs.

    

    A 1987 graduate of Long Beach Jordan who was the starting setter since her freshman year, Coach Cookie, has two children who were also one of the Moore League’s best at their respective schools. Her daughter Marilee Frost attended Millikan High School as an outside hitter and her son Louie Frost attended Wilson High School as a setter.  

    

    Coach Cookie enjoys spending time with her family, cracking jokes and hanging out with friends. Coach Cookie is the 15-1 and 13-1 head coach at Apex Volleyball Club.
