Reminder.....
Adopt-A-Lancer and Media Guide fees are due this Friday August 31st. You can bring the fees in an envelope
with your name on it to the Parent meeting on Thursday.
Parent meeting reminder for Thursday August 30th at 6:00
in the Main Gym. Each player must have one parent present at the meeting. We will have a sign-in sheet.
We are going to have 2 guest speakers who have helped our program in the past and the future.

Car Wash....
The car wash yesterday was a success for our uniform fees! Thanks to all of you and especially the parents
for hanging out and helping with the LAST car wash of the season. I have added a uniform due page so check it out and
see where you stand with your uniform.

Car wash #3 will take place tomorrow at the Lakewood/Weingart YMCA. This car wash is for your uniform fees.
Every ticket that you sell goes directly towards your uniform budget. Any tickets that you do not sell you must return
with the money of the ones sold. If you do not return tickets and do not return money you will be fined
for the 12 tickets and not given your jersey until it is paid.
WHEN
YOU SELL YOUR TICKETS PLEASE BRING THEM TO THE CAR WASH AND PUT THEM IN AN ENVELOPE WITH YOUR NAME ON THE OUTSIDE
AND GIVE THEM TO YOUR COACH.
EVERYONE IS GOING
TO WORK THE WHOLE CAR WASH. REMEMBER IT IS THE COACHES SATURDAY TOO SO NO COMPLAINING. MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE
THERE AT 7:45 SO WE CAN HAVE A VERY SUCCESSFUL DAY.
Once again we need parental support for the event! I also need the following to make this successful:
1.
Towels (lots of them)
2. Soap
3. Wash Clothes
4. Buckets
5. Hoses with Splicers
6.
Squee Gee for the windows
7. Paper Towels
We also need the following donations:
1. Ice Chests
2.
Drinks (Soda's, water etc.)
3. Coffee and Donuts in the morning
WE REALLY
NEED ALL THE HELP THAT WE CAN GET SO PLEASE DON'T HESITATE AND JUMP RIGHT IN!!!

Uniform Fees.....
Reminder that all uniform fees are due on September 4th. NO EXCUSES!
I have to pay our vendor and we have no further time. Please have uniform fees in a sealed envelope with your players
name on it. I will not take any money that is not turned in that way!

Parent Meeting.....Adopt-A-Lancer/Media Guide Money Turn In....
There is a mandatory Parent Meeting at Lakewood on Thursday August 30th in the Main Gym at 6 p.m.
ALL players MUST have atleast one parent present. We are going to go
over all of the policies and rules at the meeting. You can also turn in your ADOPT-A-LANCER
and MEDIA GUIDE forms and money at that time. Please have your information in an envelope with
your child's name on it.

JV times have changed...
Junior Varsity will practice from 4-6 p.m. in the Main Gym please look at the revised schedule. Any additional

Changes...changes...changes
I have added some changes to our ever evolving schedule. We are at home against Capistrano Valley
on September 14th with FS and JV at 3:15 and Varsity at 4:30. We are also going to add a FS "B" team to the
schedule for this match only! It will give an opportunity for those who did not play in the FS game to play in this
one.
Also, I have moved the home game against league rival Wilson from October 3rd to October
10th. We are still at Lakewood but the times will go back to our regular times and nothing else will change.
Hope all is well during our time off remember to keep conditioning and see you soon!
